    My assumption is that all went well with this process. It would be exceptional if you all sent a quick snapshot of the floral arrangement as it's readied for delivery, so the paying customer can see what was to be received on the other end. Especially as it goes to a family in bereavement, who are often unable to respond. This would be a great service to the recipient & floral service customer. With the advent of digital photographs easily and freely exchangeable over the internet, this seems like a simple cost-free step-up in service.

    I ordered flowers on Dec. 17 through the website to be delivered to my mother in law in Houston on Dec. 23. I received an emailed confirmation of this. I called Mom on Christmas, only to be told there were no flowers. I called Blomma on Dec. 26, and the worker was very upset to find that the printer hadn't printed our order, so it hadn't been sent. She made up a beautiful arrangement and took it over the same day. So the flowers get a five, but the website gets a three.

Decided to call them since it was now 3 pm and the funeral was scheduled for 11 am the next day. The lady I talked to was fabulous.     Tonight I needed to send flowers last minute. It's Thursday evening, I called after 5pm, and with no hesitation Kim took my order - gave me a great price - and is able to deliver the flowers for me to a business before 7pm. I called around and everyone else told me they couldn't help me tonight or that i would have to pay an arm and a leg to get it delivered.     Tulip arrangement was beautiful and delivered early. However, my husband showed me what he ordered when I arrived home and the arrangement I received looked nothing like what he ordered.
